Support for Employees

Someone with high blood pressure wouldn’t wait to seek medical attention until they are having a heart attack, but oftentimes people will wait to look for help when they are suffering emotionally. Whether it’s grief, anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, sleep problems, or substance abuse challenges, waiting to get help can worsen the problem.

This is where Triad EAP can step in. Triad offers brief, solution-focused counseling for employees, their spouses or significant others, and their dependents under 26. The counseling is free and confidential.

By including Triad EAP as part of an employee’s benefits package, they are getting help to navigate life’s challenges. It’s impossible to leave work problems at work and home problems at home. Therefore, by offering counseling services through Triad EAP, employees can better achieve work/life integration.

Counseling isn’t just for life’s challenges

Employees can also use counseling benefits to be more proactive in life. If they are looking to better navigate life changes, learn to communicate better, set and achieve life goals, or improve family dynamics, counseling is a great way to move forward in a more healthy, positive way.

Crisis help!

Triad EAP is also there to support employees during times of crisis. Our after-hours phones are answered by Master’s level counselors, who can provide in-the-moment support. During normal business hours (8 am – 6 pm Monday through Friday), our staff is trained to handle callers who may be suicidal and get immediate support for employees or their family in crisis.
