John Gribben, MS, MBA, Owner/Manager. John is co-founder and president of Triad EAP. He’s proud to have developed a successful business that positively impacts employees’ lives and enhances organizations’ productivity and bottom line. Prior to Triad, John directed a hospital-based occupational medicine and pain management program. He also developed and managed the University of Colorado Health Science Center’s Wellness Program, way before “wellness” was en vogue. In addition to traditional fitness programs, the center provided various alternative therapies and programs for special populations including seniors, law enforcement, and a grant-funded HIV wellness program. John has served as interim director and consultant for various nonprofit health care and human service organizations. John has spent way too much time and money going to school at the University of Colorado where he has a BS (marketing/commercial recreation), MS (kinesiology/wellness), and a Master’s in Business Administration. John is married to his beautiful wife, Andrea, and step-father to son, Chris. Hobbies include hot yoga, mountain and road biking, hiking, gardening, and traveling.
Amy Weitzel, MBA, Vice President of Development
Amy Weitzel, MBA, Vice President of Development. Service to others is the overriding theme of Amy Weitzel’s life mission, and her varied job duties at Triad EAP help support that mission. At Triad EAP, Amy works with employer groups to promote EAP services to employees; creates external marketing campaigns; develops and presents group presentations and trainings; facilitates Organizational Development interventions and many varied duties which fall in between these areas. Amy’s background is in public relations and mass communications, where she has worked as a newspaper editor before heading to “the dark side” and worked in public relations. She also worked in marketing, helping businesses create and develop their marketing plans. Amy was also a professor at Colorado Mesa University in the Business Department teaching business communications. She loves health and wellness, taking care of the whole person – mind and body. Amy has worked a personal trainer and is currently a group fitness instructor. Amy also believes that it’s important to give back to the community and has volunteered through various organizations and served on countless board of directors. Although she has years of experience as a proofreader, she strongly dislikes proofreading her own copy, would like to eliminate the Oxford comma and cringes with the common misuse of over vs. more than.
Marti Montoya, LPC, CEAP, Clinical Director
Marti Montoya, LPC, CEAP, Clinical Director. Marti is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Employee Assistance Professional. Marti joined Triad EAP as the clinical director in May 2015. Marti is available for consultation to help employees and administrators make the most of their EAP services and she manages and develops Triad’s provider network to assure quality counseling for customer-employees. She is also Triad’s in-house counselor, providing confidential, individual counseling, conflict resolution, and on-site crisis support services. Part of her personal growth and passion is developing and facilitating trainings on topics such as mindfulness, stress reduction, and compassion fatigue. Previously, Marti co-founded a nonprofit organization serving clients with pervasive developmental disorders and chronic mental illness where she worked from 2002-2009. From 2010-2015, Marti worked in private practice. Marti is bi-lingual in Spanish, loves being outdoors, enjoys her meditation practice, and is joyfully re-married.
Bea Root, Financial Coordinator
Bea Root, Financial Coordinator. With more than 30 years of experience in accounting and executive business management, her love of numbers and helping others truly shines through. When Bea isn’t in the office you can find her quilting, training her new furry friend, Ollie, or spending time with her family.
Keira Lusby, Acount Manager
Keira Lusby, Acount Manager. Keira is Triad EAP’s resident millennial. She assists the team in everything from filing to building this website. She spends the bulk of her time at Colorado Mesa University, where she majors in mass communications. Hopefully, her degree will lead her to a career in video production. Her limited free time is spent relaxing and enjoying life with her partner and their cats.
Kenra Haftel, Account Manager. Kenra thrives when working with people and helping them become the best version of themselves. Kenra earned her bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University in exercise physiology with an emphasis in corporate wellness programming. Health and wellness have always been a part of Kenra’s life and she looks forward to sharing her knowledge with others. As a group fitness instructor for more than 10 years, she enjoys challenging participants to “get out of their comfort zones.” Outside of work, spending time with her husband of more than 22 years and their two children keeps her busy and fulfilled. They enjoy skiing, traveling and camping. As a former gymnast, Kenra draws inspiration from a quote by Mary Lou Retton: “Optimism is a happiness magnet. If you stay positive, good things and good people will be drawn to you.”

Hailey Crane, Clinical Administrative Assistant. Hailey is a recent Colorado Mesa University graduate with a degree in Counseling Psychology. She will begin her master’s degree in the fall in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and aspires to become a Licensed Professional Counselor. At Triad, Hailey assists with the provider network and call center. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family and exploring everything Colorado has to offer.
