Providers

Triad EAP’s network counselors are highly qualified, credentialed professionals with expertise in various areas. They share our philosophies and understand the importance of providing timely and appropriate services. We pride ourselves on having a diverse network of providers to cover the various needs of our employees.

At a minimum, our counselors have Master’s level degrees in psychology, counseling and/or social work; current liability insurance coverage; and active licensure. They have expertise in various areas and are a mix of males and females so that we can cover most issues for which employees seek counseling.

What sets us apart is that we can respond to the unique and changing needs of your employees. Our panel of counselors can change as the needs of our clients change - we encourage feedback from both company/organizational representatives and employee-clients to adjust and adapt our services as needed based on program evaluation.

Triad has a robust counseling network strategically designed to deliver short-term, solution-based counseling. We attempt to have counselors conveniently located near home and office. Do you have a college student away from home? No problem. We have access to a nation-wide counseling network that can respond to counseling needs wherever your family may be.

Triad EAP also offers telephonic counseling for employees who would rather meet with counselors from the convenience of their office or home.   However, we believe that it should be the choice of the client whether they utilize telephonic or face-to-face counseling.
