Kenra Haftel, BS
Kenra is Triad's Business Development Director.  She oversees Triad's organizational development and training programs, while also facilitating workshops on various topics including stress management, self-care, resilience, improving communications skills, and more. Located in Grand Junction, Colorado, Kenra is available for in-person and virtual training options throughout the state of Colorado.  Travel fees may apply.
 

 

Marti Montoya , LPC, CEAP
Marti is the Clinical Director for Triad EAP. She is an in-house counselor, providing counseling, conflict resolution, and on-site crisis support services. Part of her passion is facilitating training on mindfulness, stress reduction, and compassion fatigue. Located in Grand Junction, Colorado, Marti is available for in-person and virtual training options throughout the state of Colorado.  Travel fees may apply.

Ann Robinson, LCSW

Ann approaches each person with kindness, humor, and curiosity. Individuals and families, from all walks of life, will find a nonjudgmental space to build relationships and explore healing, personal growth, and self-reflection. Andrea Garraway
Andrea is a mental health psychotherapist who specializes in substance abuse recovery. Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to understanding the human mind and helping individuals overcome adversity. Her presentations focus on resilience-building techniques and strategies for improving professional and psychological well-being. With a compassionate and empathetic approach, Dr. Garraway helps audiences achieve work-life balance by offering actionable insights and practical strategies they can apply in their personal and professional lives. She delivers content that inspires and motivates while equipping the audience with tangible tools and techniques for success. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Andrea Garraway actively engages in mental health advocacy efforts. She believes in reducing stigma and promoting open conversations about mental health and recovery, contributing to a more compassionate and understanding society. 



April Stevenson
April is passionate about supporting everyone in owning their true, authentic, and genuine power, and creating a life of their own design. Her life mission has always been to exhort, challenge and encourage others to be the best version of themselves and change the world, one person at a time. Located in Wisconsin, April is available for virtual sessions and in-person sessions. Laura Byard

Laura is a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health. As a Counselor, she has worked throughout her career with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings that include individual counseling, inpatient, schools, and residential care. She specializes in working with law enforcement, Veterans, women’s issues, relational issues, suicidal ideation, work stress, trauma recovery, moral injury, and other topics. Laura utilizes Motivational Interviewing techniques, Gestalt Therapy techniques, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy as well as other techniques to influence her practice. As a clinician she uses humor and laughter as well as compassion and kindness to support you through your therapeutic process.

 
Katherine Fry
Katherine possesses expertise in all aspects of the HR profession but specializes in personal and professional development, employee relations, wellness, conflict resolution, leadership and organizational development. With 25 years of coaching experience, her passion lies in helping humans lead and live by leveling up; individually and collectively. By increasing one’s thought intelligence through her signature and trademarked methodology HERO to S.HERO, Katherine continuously guides clients to success through empowered thinking and intentional action. She is located in Marble, Colorado, and is available for virtual and in-person sessions.  Travel fees may apply.
 

Melanie Hall
Following a professional career in the private and nonprofits sectors spanning more than twenty years, Melanie launched Illuminate Business Services in 2022.  As a certified executive coach, she finds great joy in drawing from diverse professional experience in healthcare, education, social services, small business, and philanthropy to help leaders, teams, and organizations see solutions clearly. This is accomplished through consulting engagements, coaching professionals, providing training, and facilitating strategic planning sessions.
 

Christina King, LPC
Chistina is a licensed professional counselor specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy, leadership coaching, and consulting for businesses and individuals.  Located in Basalt, Colorado, Christina is available for virtual and in-person training sessions.  Travel fees may apply.  


 

John Narine, DBA, CEAP
John Narine is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional. He received his Doctorate of Business Administration from California Intercontinental University, specializing in Global Business and Leadership. John completed a qualitative research study on leadership strategies to prevent employee substance abuse relapse and ensure business viability. He is the author of Leading Workplace Addiction, which presents his research to business professionals in a practical and economical way. John is located in Denver, Colorado, and is available for virtual training sessions.



Christopher Palasz
Christopher is a Speaker, CEO and Founder of Peak State Coaching Company. He started off his career in corporate law and quickly realized this vehicle would not fulfill the purpose of his existence. Being a firm believer that time is our most valuable asset and passion is the fuel of life, he went onto align with the calling that would complete him. Now a Board Certified Life Coach, Neurolinguistic Programmer and Strategic Interventionist he supports professionals to annihilate self doubt and develop self-control, so they can create an intentional impact and enjoy personal success and professional fulfillment. Chris is actively involved in Aspen’s educational and mental health system. He is a member of the Future Advisory Board in the USA; Chief Inspirational Officer of the Leadership Wellbeing Association in Portugal; having been recognized by Success Resources as one of the most impactful and inspirational coaches in 2020. 


Dana Peterson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP
Since 2009 Dana has worked in Human Resources, bridging the inevitable gaps in communication and culture throughout organizations. She is passionate about fostering organizational health and well-being through clearly communicated policies, procedures, trainings, and actions. Dana is an innovative, compassionate, and empowering leader with a genuine interest in people. Sara Serrano
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Sarah has a special interest in focusing her clinical experience in the areas of stress, burnout and compassion fatigue by treating individuals who are experiencing challenges in these areas. She has also focused on developing and facilitating workshops to help organizations and individuals partner together to create work environments fostering a culture of self-care, work-life balance and supportive solutions that lead to improved wellbeing of individuals within the organization.



 

Hilary Sparrow
Hilary is a professional trauma and anxiety therapist. She uses a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy and somatic therapies to help clients find more relief in their lives! By naming complex emotions, she can bring them to the forefront. This helps clients respond less out of anxiety cycles and improves overall confidence and trust of self. Trauma, anxiety, and stress ultimately disconnect us from ourselves. We get thrown into a realm of fear, paranoia, and worry. Together we learn how to re-ground into yourself and become greater than the sources of panic and stress in your life.

 

Jen Studt, MA, LPC
Jen has experience providing training to staff on Workplace Wellness, Compassion Fatigue/Burnout, Trauma-Informed Approaches, Secondary Trauma, Mindfulness, Communication, Stress Management, (QPR): Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper Training & more. Jen will collaborate with your organization to ensure that any training provided meets your needs. Jen is located in the Denver metro area and is available for virtual and in-person trainings.
